Shipping and Returns

At Buslin Fresh and Appliance Private Limited, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and always on time.

1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days excluding weekends and public holidays.
• During high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days.

Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking:

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Courier Partners:

We use reliable courier partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart and Ekart Logistics to ensure safe delivery.

2. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of India.

3. Returns Policy

Return Window:

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility for Returns:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in original packaging with all tags, labels and accessories intact.
• You must provide the Order ID or invoice as proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
• Products without original packaging.
• Items returned after the 7-day window.

IMPORTANT: To claim a return for a damaged, defective or wrong product, you MUST provide an unboxing video. The video should clearly show the package label and the opening process without any cuts or edits. Without an unboxing video, we cannot process claims for missing or damaged items.

How to Return:

• Contact us at ms6161426@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 79702 38996 with your Order ID and reason for return.
• If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where available.
• If reverse pickup is not available for your pin code, you will be requested to self-ship the item. We will reimburse standard shipping charges up to Rs.100.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
• If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

Buslin Fresh and Appliance Private Limited is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
