1. Returns Eligibility
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase, such as your Order ID or Invoice.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom products or special orders.
- Items damaged due to misuse by the customer.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Items returned after the 7-day return window.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packing your orders. However, if you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please notify us immediately.
IMPORTANT: To claim a refund or replacement for missing or damaged items, you must provide an unboxing video. The video should clearly show the package label and the condition of the package before opening. The video must be continuous and unedited. 3. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your Order ID and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
- Approved: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment such as Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI or Net Banking.
- Refund TAT: Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days from approval.
- Timeline: You may receive the credited amount within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective or Wrong Items: We will arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse your shipping costs if the return is due to our error.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to personal preference, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the product has been shipped, the cancellation request cannot be processed and the standard return policy will apply.
